Refund and Returns Policy

EveryFiltersDrop offers a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. When contacting us, please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Methods:

  • Mail: Return your item via mail.

Return Shipping Labels:

  • Defective Products: Prepaid return label provided (free return shipping).
  • Customer Remorse: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return Fees:

  • Defective Products: Contact us for repairs or replacements. If unresolved, a replacement will be sent.
  • Customer Remorse: Return within 30 days for a product price refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fee.

Exchanges: Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days. Allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process it.

Order Cancellation Policy: If your order is canceled due to unavailability or other reasons, a full refund will be issued.
